Renting out your Parking Space

Step 1 - Registration

Register your details for free on our site and become a registered user.

Step 2 - Add your Parking Space

Login in to your account and click on 'Add your Parking Space'. you can edit the details of your parking space at any time and add detailed availability information using our interactive calendar.

You can rent out your parking space on a short term (by the hour, or by the day) or long term basis. Many of our users rent out their parking space at sports events for a few hours or around train and subway stations for weeks at a time.

Step 3 - Enter your Parking Space Details

Enter the details of your space including the full address, additional facilities which are available such as whether it is underground or has lighting, a description of the parking space, availability, and the asking price.

Step 4 - Let us know when it is available

Once you've entered the details of your parking space you wish to let out, you will be asked to select the dates and times which it is available to rent. You can either rent out your space on a regular basis or rent it out on one-off occasions. It is up to you how long you list your space for rent.

Step 5 - Wait for your first inquiry

Potential parkers who search for a space in your area will be able to make a direct inquiry to you. We will notify you immediately via e-mail that you have a new message. You can also sign up to receive free text message alerts.
