Initially really helpful, gave me a good idea of their process and cleared up some concerns I had. However after not receiving confirmation 2 or 3 days before my booking date I tried to contact them with no success so I had to make other last minute arrangements. I eventually received the booking confirmation 2 days after the date I made the booking for. |
