Please Note: As of the 21st September I have changed my job, as a result I will not be available to offer a free lift in the early hours during the week.

I have made arrangements for a free lift to be available for most weekday arrivals between 09.15 and 21.00.

I am available to do early hours free lifts at weekends. When you enquire I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Parking space for 2 cars on private drive of semi-detached bungalow in a quiet residential area. Available daily.

Close to M11 roundabout Junction 8 Bishops Stortford/ Stansted Airport. We are 5 miles from Stansted Airport. Taxi to/from Stansted Airport takes approximately 10 minutes and costs £12 for a prebooked taxi (may run late) to £16 for a taxi on the rank (no waiting).

We are 5 minute walk to bus stop for 308 service to airport (half hourly service except Sundays/Bank Holidays). A single ticket to/from the airport is £2.40. The bus leaves the airport from bus stop 25.

We are within walking distance of Bishop's Stortford mainline railway station (1 mile 15-20 min walk) or 5 minute taxi ride at approx £3 to £5. With links to Cambridge/Stansted Airport and London Liverpool Street/Stratford. The train from the airport to Bishop's Stortford station runs every 30 minutes between early morning and midnight. A single ticket costs around £4.20. Please check National Express train services for current timetables and prices.

If I am available and I can fit the number in your party and their luggage in my car, I can offer a free one way lift to the airport/train station. PLEASE INFORM ME OF YOUR PARTY NUMBER AND LUGGAGE REQUIREMENTS AT TIME OF BOOKING - THANKS. You will need to organise a taxi or catch the bus or train for your return. Subject to my availability, I may be able to offer collection from Bishop's Stortford train station when the bus service is not operating. This can be discussed on your arrival.
