Please ensure prompt confirmation of booking to avoid disappointment and the space being rented to another customer.

Please also note that the charge of 5 pounds per day is 5 pounds per day or part day irrespective of arrivals and departure times i.e. per calender day not per 24 hours overnight.
As you will see this rate is the cheapest in Brighton by far both on this website and for public car parking.

Car washing service available during your stay charged at 6 pounds for an exterior wash, leather off and wheel clean.

In the event of cancellation, 1 weeks notice is required in order to receive a refund less commission and relevant paypal fees, if less notice is given no refund will be given as it will be very difficult to find another booking.
Should the booking be less than a week in advance it will be down to individual cases.
