10 Minutes To Gatwick Airport

We booked this parking space in September of 2009. Excellent communication with the owner. House was a little hard to find in the dark but excellently situated. When we arrived, he even gave us a lift to the airport for the petrol money. Very pleased! Very convenient. I'd recommend leerand's space to anyone. Thanks.

Was supposed to use Mr Rand for our holiday in September. Good initial comms, e-mailed to confirm that we would be there between 12.00 and 12.30 and that we would take our son's spare car seat as a transfer was to be included by them. Arrived at 12.15 Check in at the airport was 13.25 so would be there in plently of time. No one was home. Waited there until 12.55 with no contact from him then had to drive to airport and pay extortionate fee's for on site parking (too late to do anything but that though!) Tried to call him several times and sent him e-mails but no reply. He had my mobile number. He called me at the airport at 1.30. We were just on the bus to the terminal. Just said that his wife had got home a bit late. Absolutely disgusted with this service. Have complained to Park at my House but they just said 'nothing to do with us!' No compensation has been offered to us at all for the $85 we had to pay OVER what we were expecting to pay; not to mention the trauma of thinking we might miss our flight! THANKS a lot! You should not be allowed to advertise on this site and play around with people like you did with us. It was a dreadful start to our first holiday with our 1 year old son and will not be forgotten in a hurry.
