This parking bay is an additional space that I have as part of my apartment purchase. It's effectively a shared private parking area within an enclosed apartment complex opposite Tooting Bec Common in a new development (built circa 99.Since the area is patrolled by a clamping company I will be providing you with my spare permit to allow you to park in any area within the private estate. There are no through roads or traffic within the estates grounds.
