2.00 2 Mintues From Barons Court Tube waterdene I booked this space through the website several weeks in advance and had email contact with the owner of the space after I confirmed my booking so they were fully aware that we intended to use the space on the arranged date. We had a 3 hour drive to get to London and once we arrived at the address we found that there was already a car parked in the space that we had reserved. When we knocked on the door of the space owner we were told that she had double booked and there was nothing that they could do and we would have to find alternative parking. The owner did say that they had tried to contact us to let us know and I later found a message on my phone left 10mins before the time we had arranged to arrive which really considering the time we had been travelling was not much help to us. From our experience we would not recommend this space as they were unreliable and unhelpful and I do not see how it would be possible to double book if using this website.
