adam76 was the parking space owner.
My wife and I arrived at the ParkatmyHouse address. It was an extremely hard address to locate in the dark, the site was not very well lit. We had arranged a transfer to the airport with the addressee and that was fine no problems. We arranged to be collected on our return and upon making contact we found that it was not possible for anyone to collect us and we were left to make our own way to find our car. This involved a train from Gatwick to Redhill and then a taxi from Redhill Station to the address.. As this involved carrying suitcases and other hand luggage up and down platform stairs and on and off the train at 11.30 p.m. after a day of travelling, my wife and I were not impressed and will certainly not use this service again. We are both in our 70,s and the cost of a taxi from Gatwick to Earlswood was considerably more than the cost of the train journey and taxi from Redhill Station.

Please accept my apology for not being able to pick you up from the airport. As I was not available to do the pick up, my wife was going to. However being 4 months pregnant at the time, unfortunately was not very well and too ill to drive on this occasion. Taxi's are available at Gatwick arrivals and cost around £8.00 to Earlswood. (Please note feedback below from Gary)
Sorry to hear that you had difficulty with the address. We have not experienced any problems or concerns with this from our other bookings, or friends and family that visit us. If you did not have access to a sat nav, I would have been more than happy to provide further detailed instructions on how to find us. This private Estate is well lit, so I can only presume that maybe the lighting was not working on that evening. Please accept my apologies again. Adam

This was our first experience with parkatmyhouse.com and it was a pleasant surprise. Our host Adam came out as soon as we arrived and took us straight to Gatwick airport. The location was wonderful and looks safe and worry free. Our grateful thanks to Adam and all the staff and members at parkatmyhouse.com. I have no doubts that our car will be fine when we return and Adam will pick us up from the airport.

Super cheap parking, Nice and safe. Anyone using this parking for Gatwick use Roadrunner taxis if Adam cant take you Taxi is £8 each way. Gary
