This was my first time using this kind of service so it was natural for me to have the usual doubts that other first time users may have. Bob rang me as soon as the booking was complete and was very friendly and professional. Area is very quiet and safe. Bob called me when I was at passport control at 5 AM when I returned and I was on my way in 15 mins from getting my luggage. I will be using everytime I fly from Heathrow from now on. Thanks Bob!!

We cannot recommend Bob and his car park service highly enough. My husband and I will be mentioning it to everyone we know who needs to park at Heathrow.
