Was not sure what was happening but received an e.mail with everything I needed the night before,so mind put at rest.Also had a question which was answered quickley, but would suggest if on your own take a decent sat nav as if driving in west London for first time can be quite intimidating making sure you are in correct lane etc. But parking space excellent

Great location, very close to earls court, easy to find & outside the congestion charging zone. Good secure parking place and would use it again. It would have been useful to know the code to get back into the car park through the pedestrian gate.
