I was rather perterbed to see the "grotty" area the parking spaces are in. There were bags of rubbish left on the pavement and it looked like the end of the cul-de-sac backed onto a Social housing estate with pedestrian access through the parking area . It was obvious now why the security instructions of leaving a note etc were important.
I would suggest anybody thinking of parking here looks at the site using "google earth".
Having said the above my car was fine on my return and it was convenient for the Emirates - although more nearer 20 minutes than 10 to walk.
Not sure if I would use again purely because the area does look naff.
A final point although CCTV is mentioned , I could not see any cameras ?

The emirates is situated in an area that has a high level of social housing (20% of all housing is social). this is required to home people and it does not automatically follow that your vehicle is at risk because of this proximity - we have experienced 1 case of theft at match parking over the past 18 months. cctv is on site as stated. Given your comments on this area and inhabitants it is strange that you choose to attend a football match as this is traditionally a working class game.

Good communication and instructions. Only criticism was that the instructions said to call the listed number on arrival for admittance. In fact, no-one answered the call and instead there was a strange message with a child singing on the answerphone! Luckily the gates were open and so we parked withou problem.

apologies for any confusion - we request that parkers call us on arrival - but this is only really necessary when we are operating a full carpark as we then allocate spaces specifically. checked my phone but did not see your number as calling on date of booking - and gates were left open for access in any case. Thanks for providing feedback

customer refused to prepay even though he was offered the option of sending a cheque in advance that was refundable - he did inform me that he was intending to do this - spent a lot of time administrating this failed booking
