Didn't meet the house owner but spoke to him on the phone and everything went smoothly. As it happened there was lots of free parking space available on nearby streets but honoured the booking. Left payment through letter box as no-one in.

Quiet area - easy parking - no problems. Twickenham stadium at least 20 - 25 minutes away.
