It was very easy to use the website to prebook my parking in what I know is a very busy place in London Heathrow. It took the stress out of leaving my car in an unfamiliar location. I would use the app again and recommend it to others, especially if they're staying for a longer duration than I did.

Car park was 100% full, had to go round 3 times at 5am, eventually went inside and thankfully someone was leaving so I was told to follow them. This was somewhat stressful, don't know what would have happened if they hadn't have been leaving.

I left my car for two weeks and when I come back there are few scratches and dent. I email them for that and they said Sorry. Sorry can’t fix my car. I don’t recommend

Excellent location for Heathrow - a local bus takes you to and from the central bus station in about 10-15 mins including waiting. Spaces were a bit tight so there is a risk of door dings - I think I acquired one. Would use again but am a little concerned that it might be possible to turn up to find no spaces left given it appears possible for anyone to turn up and park (but presumably there is a process to prevent this...).
