Shuttle stops working between 12.30 am and 3.30 am which is unhelpful if your flight is delayed by an hour and lands just after 12.30. I ended up spending an unexpected 25 pounds to pick up the car and both just parks and Novatel think the other are responsible for a refund - no prober customer service business model in place and lack of ownership between the joint venture

Took a while to find a parking space as it was quite full - but eventually found one. Coach transfer driver was very friendly. £4 for one way, but still cheaper than parking in airport carpark!
