What is Zipcar?
You can reserve a Zipcar by the hour or day. Just reserve online, walk a block, let yourself in with your Zipcard and drive. It's like owning a car without the headaches and costs. Choose from MINIs, hybrids, trucks and more. Low hourly and daily rates include gas, insurance, and 180 free miles per day.
The package
Zipcar works by putting cars all over metro areas—where people live and work. If you have a parking space that you’d like to rent to Zipcar you’d receive:
- Monthly, market-value payment
- Free one-year membership to Zipcar
- $50 in driving credit when you join

Requirements
Two key things: the space must be available and accessible 'round the clock', and you must have the legal right to rent the space.
If your space is within the confines of a gated building, a lock box can be fitted to hold the clicker. We will deal directly with the management company responsible for the building so it's hassle-free for you. You must also have the legal right to let out the space.
How do I sign up?
When you go to add your parking space, you will have the option of renting the space to Zipcar. If your space meets the requirements, a member of the Zipcar team will contact you.
If you have already added your parking space, you can update your profile to add your space to our Zipcar opt-in database.
